Once you register, you’ll receive a welcome email with an intake form, a program outline and access to the entire program where we’re available to answer any questions you may have.

Each week’s class will consist of:

          We’re Kerry and Jennifer. Kerry is an experienced, registered prenatal yoga teacher and trainer and the founder of Fertile Body Yoga. Jennifer is a certified integrative nutrition health coach who specializes in fertility. We have each been working in the fertility field for more than 15 years.

          We came together to bring you this group program because the work we do is so complimentary. We’ve seen first-hand how women can transform their fertility and their lives through mind + body practices.

          Not only do we work with women who are trying to conceive, we’ve each had our own fertility struggles. We know exactly what you’re feeling.

          Here are the details:

          We’ll meet virtually for 8 weeks, each Tuesday from February 8 – April 5, 6:30-8:30 pm ET.

          Each week:

          • There will be a check in and connection with program participants

          FAQs

          Is this program safe to do while during an IUI/IVF/FET/Stim/Natural cycle?

          Yes. The trainings are appropriate regardless of where you are in your cycle, and we are happy to address any questions you may have. The yoga practiced during this program is gentle and mindful. Kerry offers modifications for postures in alignment with whatever cycle you are in.

          I'm new to the fertility world / I've done multiple cycles, is this for me?

          Yes. This program is beneficial at any time in your fertility journey.

          Is this program safe to do with PCOS?

          Yes. All content is appropriate if you have a PCOS diagnosis and/or symptoms. We’ll be happy to address any specific questions or concerns that arise during the program.

          I am not flexible, will I be able to do the yoga practice?

          Yes.  The style of yoga used in this program is on the softer side of yoga – meaning it is slower and emphasizes movement that feels comfortable and good in your body.

          I have secondary infertility; am I welcome to join the group?

          You are welcome to join the group. The emotional well-being of our community is very important to us, so out of consideration for all members we ask that no children are visible on screen during our live sessions. In instances where our members are paired up, we will aim to pair you with another person experiencing secondary infertility.

          What happens if I get pregnant while enrolled in the program?

          If you become pregnant during the program, please notify Jennifer and Kerry. That information may be trigging for other group members, and we can help you navigate that before announcing to the group. We will also provide you with program modifications as necessary.

          What is your refund policy?

          The program is non-refundable and non-transferable.
